Elite Wellness HQ was established by Raphael Nwankwo, a Power Engineer and former elite athlete, to redefine the boundary between high performance recovery and the private sanctuary. We believe that the rituals of longevity - once reserved for world-class athletes and industrial-tier health retreats belong within the foundation of the modern leader’s home. The Founder’s Pedigree: From the Court to the Power Plant

My journey has always been defined by the pursuit of the "extra percent" the margin where champions are made. As a competitive athlete playing soccer and basketball across Nigeria and the United States, I learned that discipline is the only path to sustainable excellence.

While redshirting for basketball at Bowling Green State University, my focus evolved. Guided by a pivotal mentor, Troy Spikes, I entered the world of industrial thermal dynamics. What began as an apprenticeship at a university steam plant became a lifelong mastery of energy transfer. I dedicated thousands of hours to earning my 4th Class Power Engineer license in both Ohio and Ontario, eventually applying this technical rigor to the complex heating and cooling systems at institutions like St. Andrew’s College.

As an engineer, I view the human body through the lens of thermodynamics. In industrial systems, steam represents pure potential; it carries the energy that drives progress. In the human body, controlled thermal stress delivers a similar transformation.

I founded Elite Wellness HQ to bring engineering-grade precision to the wellness industry. I understand that for recovery to be effective, variables like pressure, temperature, and heat shock protein (HSP) activation must be perfectly balanced.
